omg, need to feed the urge to blog.

went for WBDD volunteer's briefing today, introduced by zul cause he's from YDC- youth donor club. it'll be held at the zoo next sat. oooh and you know what? at the separate briefing for YDC, cause we're deployed for ushering of vips, it'll be quite cool cos i'll get to interact with the people- VIPS PLEASE. and the girls (she actually said pretty girls LOL) will be stationed at the registration booth for vips cos no one wants to come for the event and the first thing that greets them is a stern face with rough voices that arent too pleasant to the ears. HAHAHA so much for sweet young things huh.

okay im excited. i like interacting with people or that's what i think i do, for now.

had a chat with adeline (media) last night cause i thought i saw her on the train while on my way to meet the clique. then, i realised, the actual girl i saw was jolene tan who's also in media. so many jolenes in this world! the more the merrier or something?

look ma, I didn't sleep last night!
stayed up to complete ionic eqm and globalisation tutorial. Geog tutorial got cancelled this afternoon and so was maths night lecture and here I am at home before 5pm WOW. the sun was like blistering hot when I walked to the mrt after school. totally pierces through my skin oh and my tan's wearing off!

played tennis with amy xueqing and zul in the morning and I kept missing the balls (!!!) not very fun playing like this. hey today was actually feels like quite a short day even though we end at 4. gp was like slack cause mr ganesh returned and went through our weekly test essays -the one which I just couldn't complete in class but handed it up anyway. And he was like, Jolene whatever happened to you? We've got to work on getting back your confidence cause I don't think you should be scoring these grades.

anws, the day ended with the sexuality talk, where girls and guys were split into different venues. sat with simin huifeng amy and they were practically sleeping beauties. Like you know, once the speaker started, 5 minutes later they're like snoozing away already. But I swear it was so contagious, I fell asleep as well, waking up once in a while only to view images of people with sexually transmitted diseases on the screen before going back to my dreams. omg I meant nightmare please ew.

Oh daphne's getting her braces fitted on tmr! Poor girl can't go for srjc's netball friendlies tmr but no worries cause I'll treat you to icecream on thursday XD hahaha.

today's a super slack day :S
you know why? cause I slept like 24 hours, oh my god.
mumsy made fruit salad which was awesomely yummy. Use yoghurt instead of mayo and it'll save you loads of calories!

Tmr's monday aka last day of my weekend and I've just realised the existence of my term3 block test schedule, shit. And once again, geography students end on the very last day. Hurray.

I'm loving my room more, now that there's an awesomely pink ikea chair hahaha! Definitely cooler than all your boring dull coloured ones :DDD Got bored while doing maths at like 12am and started flipping through sis' photo album omg so amusing. sis switched on the radio at that time too, and her fav 933 started played cheena songs from dad's time (!!!)

My biological clock is once again super screwed. Tmr's gna be a long day rushing through overdued homework, studying for tests, etc etc and we're going out to the temple.

friday, lazed around the track seeing yj boys so enthusiastically kicking a ball around. went down to the dungeon (haha my first time since joining yj wth hahaha) oh btw the place literally smelt like one, and there was one huge abandoned bear inside the cages OMG. amy joined the track throwers cool or what! saw the guys throw those weights around like so effortlessly please.

sat around watching amy throw those metal balls across the fields. It was a little intimidating at first cause like seeing the rest being able to throw like what twice the distance but hey the first session's always like this. haha weihan called halfway and i just lost track of time then yeah pulled amy away from her training and left school cause i was freaking late when i arranged to meet fc

yeap so by the time i reached city hall i was like half an hour or more late. hahaha so so so sorry. wanted to change out but realised the clothes i threw into my bag jst freaking didnt match my shoes soooo yeah haha he waited for me like damn long im so so sorry.anyway, went to carls jr and omg my appetite has grown like 100000 times larger wth i finished a meal (!!!)

he had frisbee trg earlier and was like 'omg im soooo tired" throughout the meal lol. didnt had much time left aft dinner so yeah took a stroll outside back to city hall just to avoid the friday night crowds.

anyways saturday went out with mumsy to town and met eunice at taka to collect my belated belated present! yay then charmaine msged me today saying that she was at taka at the same time on sat also BUT the thing is we didn't meet hahaha. miss you girls (:

the grading system for project work is like screwed and sis has been complaining about how unfair it is cause during her time, invigilation was done by external teachers but now we have internal invigilation yadayada. BUT ANYWAY, im still super excited with my A haha! hugged amy cause we both gt an A and i really wish it'll still be like this come march next year. It will be, won't it (:








nevertheless, congrats to 206 and my dearest pw mates xueqing casper guodong, couldn't have survived through it all without your presence! All the late nights in comp lab 2 and oh our adventurous trip down Smith Street haha happy memories. Oh amy, I haven't quite forgotten about your chilling scream, at night, outside the girls' toilet with xueqing and everyone else who were there. About 1/3 of the class stayed back then for pw and they were like there as well to watch me get pranked. hohoho. Thrilling, much!

netball trg, TIRING. nine rounds dont mess. the sun was freaking hot that day so we're all ten thousand shades darker. no im kidding. lol we have lovely sleeve lines neck lines sock lines now, so cool.



FOODFEST WITH AMY. omg we seriously piled up on sugar that day. went down to taka basement, food area. We almost patronised every single stall (!!!) Donuts were damn nice, especially the cinnamon and apple, oh oh and the sugar loaded donut glazed with like even more sugar syrup haha. Had melted cheese bun, ham tomato english sandwich, brownies, berry yoghurt, iced tea from ya kun. And we had all these AFTER LUNCH at far east. LOL.

went for the blood donation drive in yj and like literally half the class trooped down to the hall jst before the 2.5 hr gp lesson LOL but in the end only angeline and i donated. i heard that for first time donors, the nurses would be like super nice and gentle, but for subsequent donations, they wldnt care much and you'd end up with bruises on your arm or sth. HAHA kitty's an example she ended up with this 10 cent coin bruise ZOMG.

today=rainy weather=trg in the hall=SUFFOCATING. The rainy weather sucked cause I had my shoes soaked cause the pathway to yj was like, flooded. seriously. Stepped over the squishy grass ew and almost slipped. How exciting.

yeah anws did drills for three hours. the usual.

oh and met eric at braddell before i went for netball. er then had netball. ended at 545pm had so much time to kill before meeting my sis' friend cos she's borrowing her dress for my nanny's wedding. OH DID I MENTION! My nanny's getting married this sunday haha. yeah anws, wandered around northpoint for one hour plus alone. my god. almost died. but thank you daphne xueqing for walking me to yishun station haha so sorry couldn't take the train back with you xueqing.

oh that reminds me! cause it was raining the whole day, when we (daphne, xq and i) were walking out of school our path was like blocked by this freaking huge puddle of water, so its like no choice must walk on the squishy muddy grass whatever ew. okay yeah i was testing how disgusting the state of the grass was in, stuck out my foot. then xq just took a Leap of Faith ONTO THE GRASS HAHA UPON SEEING THAT I WAS GNA JUST WALK ON THE GRASS.

Internation Women's Day yesterday.



Friday= A levels results

jonathan (rodney 7's ogl) scored like what, three freaking As! Congrats omg! And then I came home, stared the state that my academic work is in. But anws, im really really happy with my chinese a's. mr ganesh looked at me in the eye and said, jolene congratulations. My hands were literally trembling when i took the slip of paper from him and then i started jumping around. i think.



Went out to ps with amy ruben after that. walked around, saw meiryl and a group of three guys haha.

Sat= physics and netball and shopping!

met zul after netball to pass him the physics stuff but stupidly ran away with his chemistry package still in my bag. so i'll be meeting him again on tuesday after his er some malay thing. I still dont know what it is. meeting eric before netball on tues to pass him his chemistry package. see la you guys ran off for the roller coaster crap thing and i have to carry all these back home. KIDDING.


anws, went to PS for the ten billionth time this week with mumsy. wanted to buy shoes for nanny's wedding haha watch out, JOSY in heels. anws ended up buying some dotty pumps. goes so well with my stmargs dress HAHA.

Oh anws, last saturday had napfa and netball trg. It was a rainy morning and the boys were running their 2.4 halfway when it started pouring. I saw xuyun like, drenched. totally. But anws haha did the five stations and sbj was really really screwed up. jaime taught me how to do inclined pull ups the easy way and man, did it work. i felt like a superwoman then.

Netball, trained on the really wet slippery quadrangle and we were literally skating across the whole court. Now training's like, mondays wednesdays saturdays. hardcore but fun :]

Went out with mumsy & dad. Uno beef house to have beef steak and chicken chop. Call this early birthday present or what but they bought me a new phone HAHA COOL OR WHAT. I've changed number, ask me for it. Bought contacts, got a hair cut (i think i look like a boy now, time to keep long fringes)

And I finally sit still, wondering what my goal in life is, what I live for in life, what I cherish, what I've been doing all these while.

Wondering how many hearts I've broken, how many tales I've spun, how many lies I've told -although I thought they were all white lies. Maybe not.

I've yet to find the courage to face this world, to look at people in the eye, to ignore what others think of me, to even utter a single word, that I am, immature.

And I sit here, wondering if I have grown, I'm looking through my short life, thinking of my past, my setbacks, wondering how time waits for no man. And here I am, 17going18, about to take my As and still wondering how to manage my time after 17 years of education.

I'm struggling, as everything piles up ahead of me. Everyday I've been feeding myself with excuses. Excuses that put thoughts through my mind saying -Jolene You Are Tired. Can you hear that I'm crying for help. No you can't, cause I don't even know how to call for salvation. I can't even help myself.

I've experienced many firsts this year. I'm changing, into someone I don't recognise. I've stared at myself in the mirror, wondering who am I. I'm wondering why I'm doing some actions, thinking in some particular direction, when I know the Jolene of the past isn't like this. And finally I wonder, whether I'm changing for better or worse.

went for dinner at northpoint; shared banmien (serving was like big enough for 2 growing youngsters to share) and icekacang. Oh the sugary goodness of it all. Carved the ice kacang till it threatened to fall over with another scoop. Cheap thrill.

Saturday=netball and dtention in the afternoon.

The sun was merciless, I swear it has drained every little bit of energy I had left. Went to detention feeling all fresh but within a matter of half an hour, amy and I were like knocked out. Somewhat.



Went to the tracks, laid on the benches along the grand stand, wondering what we've been doing all along, worrying about the alevels, attempting to fall asleep, attempting to get ourselves motivated to get started on work, went back to class feeling awesome, only to find ourselves in a daze after like what five minutes and slept the rest of the 2 hours away.



Saturday's gone. Sunday's coming to an end. Monday's coming. Time's passing me by so quickly.

I haven't been updating and the best thing is, I have STM so _clapclap_ I don't know where to start, typing.

Okay, I am typing now, which makes things pretty ironic. But anws, I'm looking through my magnificent diary to help jog my memory HAHA.

LAST SATURDAY=Chingay briefing at RJ. Met up with like about 7 YJ people like weihan, some sc people im so sorry i dont know your names, shamaine, shermaine etc after the whole briefing. Came into rj like alone so I called shermaine to you know walk me in HAHA cause i felt so loser-ish being alone. LOL char pangsehed me for some field trip -.-

Anyhow, I'm in CC27 [MARINA SECTOR HAHA] with vincent (tj) stephanie (vj *does the peace sign)and a couple of nj girls/guys- all top schools can. Yeah and I saw char's friend sitting a few rows above my group. Met ANGLIA and she said camille's around as well but I didn't see her. Caught glances of so many secondary school friends, primary school friends ZOMG. HAHA. Super happy!


Walked to the bus stop with weihan and went home to bake pineapple tarts whoohoos! Yeah I merely sat there and gave eye power and I eh fell asleep. Woke up just in time to fix on the pineapple fillings on top of the pastry HAHA. The pastry's damn nice! Wasted my Sunday away and I don't know how but time flies so anws, didn't do my hw so Monday came along and kena from teachers/lecturers the WHOLE DAY. Super unlucky x100.

So, because of monday, I whined one whole freaking night to char, chervonne, my class, amy, ruben, xueqing, daphne, liting, basically everyone who came to talk to me. Thank you guys. Went to tpy central to get og5's cake with ruben and we couldn't find prima deli (no, i dont live in tpy, really!HAHA) So settled for bengawan solo's super-sweet-chocolate-cake. Whoohoos!


My sis apparantly saw char&ivan in tpy central that night as well and char was like OHSHITZOMGZOMG yeah super funny! Met deborah(netball) and her mum at bengawan solo and she was like, Huh why so late still not home eh eh. OH AND we saw mr saravanah&wife HAHA I CAN LIKE TOTALLY RECOGNISE HIS FIGURE FROM 100M AWAY. Dont know if I got his name right but that doesnt matter.


SO TUESDAY=OG5 CELEBRATION! I'm so sorry for making you guys wait so long.. heheh but anws, I still love you guys! Cut cake and went to northpoint, delifrance for dinner and the whole bunch of gossipers. I shan't elaborate cause my fingers are seriously tired. So look out for the pictures in the later post!


WEDS=yj CNY CELEBRATION Started off with lessons (omg please) Maths lecture and GP lesson. THANK YOU MR GANESH FOR ALL THE GOODIES! Mandarin oranges and chocolates whoohoos! Although we weren't paying much attention during lesson :X Oh mr chung gave us kitkat. So much for saying that I'd maintain my weight.


Yj's celebrations weren't as exciting as all our secondary schools versions- all dull and dreary but its at least better than last year's. Sat at the back of the hall and camwhored with amy. love! Left school with amy ruben casper winnie joanne and off to northpoint foodcourt ah hah. I swear I must stay away from sugar after cny, had chendol there. Left for home while the rest went to Island Cremery. Mum bought pussy willows today and a ton of cny cookies HAHA had subway cookies again :DDD


Now that reminds me, I'm so sorry gohby for pushing back our island cremery trip! School organised a museum outing on this coming tuesday. How timely.

but im tired to blog it all, ive been waking up early and sleeping late=premature death.

anws. its been an eventful week. teachers returning block test results (damn jialat one. now i know its not just a matter of getting ungraded results. Its a matter of getting high U or low "U"s. I obviously got the low low ungraded scores la walaoweeh. JOLENE WAKE UP.)

stayed back in school for almost the whole week cos of cvd painting with amy ruben and xueqing and vicky and wsl and zhexuan and eric and casper and zul and bryce and jiaquan daniel kf frederick simin hf suba povane kenneth angeline jingxiang winnie xuanqi joanne guodong and mr ganesh! yeah i think i just typed out the whole of 206 but anws, these few days were awesome <3

then when its about 8 or so we'd be chased out of school and then embark on our usual trip down to northpoint for supper/dinner. I've been eating an equivalent of 2 dinners now, gna grow nice and horizontal, a dream come true for amy, no? :} Bombarded northpoint foodcourt and like 5 out of 6 of us ate ban mian haha! So filling... I swear my appetite's bigger now.

Now now, back to CVD. We collected like $780 and its like WOAH I LOVE MY 206 MANY MANY! Sold coconuts real, raw and roti jala with mutton/sardines and donuts dipped in chocolate syrup and chocolate rice bits and our awesome Feed The Elephant game yay! Everyone chipped in to help and omg love the class spirit :DDDD


Discovered how science students are artistic as well ie angeline & amy & 206 (im not saying myself cos i realised how i cant even pick up a paintbrush what in the world is this. Time to start doodling jolene!) Oh and mr ganesh helped us so so much in this cvd thing, how sweet (:


Walked around the whole school many many times until ive lost count already. Brought dhatchayani back to yj and unknowingly left her alone to wait for my milkshake while I went to meet Jovena and daniel and the rest of rodney7 (whoo! love you guys! cya soon jovena yes (: ) Haha feeling damn guilty so I walked her from yishun mrt and back :X Met sophia and jonathan but no proper rodney7 gathering -.- But anws, I'm already satisfied seeing ya'all!


Anws, brought dhatch around to see all our stmargs friends and her first 3 months friends and zul(wah same primary school somemore) amy ruben and yeah whee! And we ate candy floss but the weather was so kind and hot, everything started to melt like, everywhere -.-

Right, a butterfly just flew into my room. Sis & I were like taking turns to switch off the lights so we could get some peaceful sleep without some fluttering around.


SO AFTER CVD went to pack up and we were at the general office when we saw 2 young girls and amy became the sweet big sister and started giving them our leftover sweets and jelly while waiting for mr ganesh. Mr ow walked past and we said hi but gave all our attention to the girls and he was like, staring at us for 5 minutes before we looked back and he said

SO OFF TO LONG JOHNS with amy ruben zhexuan casper jingxiang daniel xueqing vicky. HOHO. Amy & I walked around with the balloons given by stephanie tied to our bags, constantly flying in all directions 360 degress and hitting (with much care) the victims behind us :D

SCHOOL'S BEEN FUN THESE FEW DAYS.

Not much the lessons but the breaks in between lessons haha.
Shit, must really get down to work already. BLOCKS results aren't too pleasant, chemistry paper was like eew, I think I got the lowest in class alamak. Maths was a pleasant surprise, although not proper pass.

Today, amy & i brought our ex uniforms to school and ruben wore his erh sji one. Totally thin, almost can see through one. HAHA. Anws, so the girls (ie amy&jolene) went to the toilet to change and camwhore and we were like jumping around from cubicle to cubicle, in front of the mirror, when, unfortunately a group of girls came in and gave us oh so hard stares at our little exciting adventure.


So I ran into amy's cubicle and locked both of us in until they left. OMG and we started giggling right there, I wore her ij pinafore and she wore my stmargs dress whoo! Haha, we're doing this in year 2 cause we totally missed out on exchanging uniforms last year during first 3 months HAHA.



During break today amy & I was supposed to like complete the silly math holiday assignment but instead ended up being entertained by xuyun & his damn pro camera & amy & ruben. PE later in the afternoon was whoo. Ran four rounds and laughed all the way while we tried to pace ourselves with our chanting

Orientation this year is like fun shit. Jam&Hop is like still on my mind. They were so high and it was really fun. All that jumping around, all that music, all that dancing, all the choochootrains around the hall, all the screaming and shouting. The atmosphere there was like totally awesome, the aircons felt like they weren't turned on.


Past few days, angel and mortal game. EH ITS ACTUALLY QUITE FUN LEH.

HELLO HELLO EARTHLINGS


2007's coming to an end and oh, did it bring me on a roller coaster ride. FUN.

First there was YJ orientation; like first year being out of girls' school. I'm not counting in my kindergarten years okay. It was yeah, pretty interesting in fact. I had my first lesbian kiss (shared it with daph lalala. I stole your first kiss. Haw Haw. Cause in our orientation game, we were supposed to pass ping pong balls using our lips) but our lips didn't touch. We're still straight people, oh with a little curves. Yes and I haven't forgotten about my ogls; Sophia Jonathon and Charlene.


Went into our formal classes, got to know Amy and Yuling on the first day. But I remember leaving halfway cause I felt so odd, and what's more, we had our subhouse reunion cause everyone was so bored. Jeremy and Jia Quan were the jokers. Oh and I was closest to Jovena & Daphne. Jovena's reeeally petite, put on some weight girl :D Met her a few months after orientation on the train back home!


So school work starts and pw came in. Guodong Casper Xueqing and I spent priceless time together as we slogged out our written report and oh all those late nights in comp lab 2! We'd like go crazy and start hitting each other cause we're all frustrated with the WR or just laugh like we've just been discharged from IMH. and oh, have mr g to stare at us in shock & horror.


Maths tutorials. Physics tutorials. Chinese lessons. Chemistry terror tutorials- cause I always don't know my stuff. Geography tutorials. Zillions of wake up calls when blocks are nearing/ongoing/results time. Repeat procedure. Rah. quit procrastinating already Jolene!


Anyways, I'm like a loser now with a missing toenail cause I've put too much impact on it like so many times and it hated me so much that it came off. Like shit. Pain can! Now I'm going to malacca with a plaster eew.

Yay! I managed to get kc to go with me to school on the first day- cause we've to reach at like an unearthly hour of 6.45am. HORROR But then again, no more walking down the lonely and dark street to YJC HawHaw! THANKS SO MUCH!

WENT OUT THE WHOOOOLE DAY!
In the morning, mum&I wanted to share a plate of rice but I ended up polishing off every grain. oink. Popped by ntuc for grocery shopping and I saw this j2 YJ guy like ten times over. I was still in my morning look then and erh its toapayoh what, I swear that was damn embarrassing. We gave each other 10 hard glances at least. The shock&horror of it all.


Anyhow, HOME next and within 5 minutes, we went out again, but not before witnessing some vehicle accident at the road junction. See I'm jinxed. This happens once a month :U The whole traffic light tilted till its 45 degrees from the ground :OOOO


AMKHUB pathetic Christmas tree I say. It's so small compared to those largerthanlife ones at taka. Shopping is therapeutic, not that I'm sick in the mind or something but, point is, Sponsors for my shopping trips, Anyone?


Didn't manage to pop by every shop to see. Oh did I mention, we shared a plate of Char kway teow that was whooo and and sashimi and and and! CHENDOL (how on earth do you spell this. Shit, I don't want to admit that I'm Singaporean.)dessert drowned in coconut milk and gula melaka (again! I don't know how to spel) with jelly bits and red bean. (!!!)


Weird combination of food but hell, it was our all time favourite<3 Though the coconut left me feeling a little bleh. erh. But anyhow it was really nice walking in a shopping mall while it was raining cats and dogs outside. Took a bus to Buangkok later and mum was freaking paranoid she'd miss the stop, ie pointing to every bus stop and say, Oh the next stop! tsk. Had dinner at 10pm and here I am!


OHOH CHAR MSGED ME AFTER LIKE EONS AND TO TELL THE TRUTH, I WAS REALLY EXCITED. Cause she's all busy pa tuo-ing and jolene is like left alone hrmph! Okay I don't blame her for this cause its normal la. So I entertained myself every night with msn and chatting till the wee hours like NOW. But all my usual chatters are like gone and asleep (its the weekends.) tsk and I'm all alone again! What?!

I felt like crying last night but the closest I went to was to have a tear drop rolling down my cheeks. Because I yawned.

I am super uber sick and tired of schoolwork! I wanted to start, but my mind would wander off to magazines, thinking of shopping, cycling, running. I just want to take time out from the hustle and bustle of the year-end (omg I didn't just say I wanted to go shopping right, say no), and spend a day snuggled up in bed with a good book ESPECIALLY when the sky's all dark and threatening.

Rainy day today. Like urgh! Went out for a jog yesterday (ie tuesday evening) zomg zomg i felt terribly alive after that. Went to vivo today (ie wednesday) to catch Fred Claus. It was like raining from the minute i stepped out of my home and the moment I stepped out of braddell station again, when i reached home. Everywhere was muddy and I urgh! Jumped into a puddle, unknowingly.

All right I can't sleep and its 2.20am and I'm listening to creed. Zombie alert!

My subhouse closest mate and partner in netball! Together with xueqing and kitty and eleanor and all. Love you!


Speaking of netball. Xueqing, Daphne and I were all complaining of the moments when we had to make a sharp turn or stop suddenly after running in this direction at say A HUNDRED KM/HOUR, and we'd jam our toes against our shoes. For the millionth time omg. My big toe bore the brunt of it and its like totally bleeding now eew.


The last training left me panting like an asthmatic kid when we were told to do drills ie having to sprint for short distances. ITS AS GOOD AS COMMITTING SUICIDE I SAY. I was still trying to catch my breath after 5 minutes omg. But I'm the sadistic girl and I'd say I still love netball.


OH YAY, MALACCA HERE I COOOOOME! Oh guess what, mum said she might actually get me a job come next year end and I'll be picking up phone calls and answering all your requests for travel booking! That is, if they remember me after 1 year and decide that they need more temporary staff. Okay. Which is like totally not going to come true.

Grandma's birthday! Aunt treated us to dinner at this Chinese restaurant (Mouth Restaurant) in Safra Toa Payoh. The restaurant played the same music from the same cd back in January when mum's colleague invited us to celebrate his birthday there. I swear they only have this one CD.


But anyhow, chinese restaurants tend to give weird names to their dishes. like eg braised dicked duck. What in the world?


Anyhow, they served everything herbal, helps boost your health etc etc. Its a chinese restaurant what. Haha but i like. There was this double boiled soup with a big fat mushroom and scallop and sharks fin and i cant remember! Its exactly like a treasure trove of ingredients you don't get to savour often. Then there's lobster meat with mayo and cubed fruits and a couple of side dishes- salads. OH and fried fish with sweet black sauce omg heavenly. My sis was being such a nice girl then. when she couldnt control the fish on her chopsticks they went SPLAT on the pool of sauce which splattered on my shirt. Haha.


Broccoli and prawns- restaurant style, you know how crunchy the prawns at restaurants usually are, while at home, they always turn up to be mushy haha. Noodles for longevity yeah I know this sounds cliche. But mum started staring at me when I was about to finish them. "So much carbo!" Okay look, what day was it yesterday? Mum's getting conscious of the amount of calories! I think one day I might just resign to the fact that I'm growing horizontally and let's just not go into details. :)

My life's been pretty mundane these few days. Sleep late, wake up drowsy, breakfast, switch on the comp, lunch, online, snack, read, playing staring games with physics but Physics 1 Jolene 0 (I learnt this from Ruben), sleep, dinner, online, BSB, read, stare out like a lost soul, enjoying the december breeze.


Oh wait, did I just say I've a life? :O


My biological clock's all topsy turvy again. My eyes are so awake at night, yet so drowsy during the day. Somewhat. Life's so unfair, I've got nice big shapely eyebags and my friends don't. Boohoo. But anyhow, guess what, Jolene might just step out of Singapore and head towards our neighbour for a day or two! After like a good 6 years of living, breathing Singapore. Okay fine, not like the air there would smell different or something :|


4 more weeks or so and 2007 ends, I can't believe we're all going to be eighteen. When I'm still pretty much wreckless and goofing around. Oh god. This can't be true Blink Blink.

CIP today was crap. The orchard crowd sucks. Only zhexuan, kenneth, daniel, eric, xueqing, amy and i turned up. Rah. I can't sleep >:0
BSB's Unmistakable is god-sent and I'm like in my reflective mood again, replaying the same old song 30 times over.


I liked the meal at eric's place. High class maggi mee (scrambled eggs and lettuce and those red eyes thing whatever its called. the one they put in herbal soups which is supposedly good for your eyes one.) and full cream milk and cereal. Thanks eric :]

I started acting all mumsy, with Jo being my first daughter and XQ my 2nd after seeing the cute cornflakes. I demanded a packet of milk from Eric because I wanted my "daughters" to grow up nourished and strong and uh, because I was feeling lazy, I tried to squirt the milk out from the hole made by the straw into 3 cups. I made quite a mess of it for the milk refused to land properly into the cup, instead, landing all over the table, everywhere infact but into the cup. Was quite exciting and nerve wrecking to watch me do it actually. Eric just had to make another hole at the bottom of the carton so that was like, double trouble. Well the cornflakes were crunchy and nicey. :)

Watched snippets of 300 but I didn't know how to enjoy it. Amy was "Ah boring! Next scene!" or "Oh sex scene!" or "That woman's naked." Sorry amy, I tend to remember striking things only. But it was funny, the way she said that/ how the sentences popped out.


The guys played wii and eric helped us create our characters!



By the way, its jolene, xueqing and amy from left to right hahahaha.
We were fighting over the heights, eyes, spectacles, nose, mouth, the size of our eyes, the position of our eyes etc of our characters. It was freaking funny we should have just taped it all down! Eric was being the nice guy and screwed up the characters occasionally till they look cock eyed. HAHA.

OMG CHARMAINE'S HOMEEEEEE!

My teachers at stmargs are joining facebook and it all seems so funny! And I've just realised that I haven't made a trip back to stmarg's (on a normal school day)in my first year leaving the school. I guess its all because everyday is filled with work, projectwork, cca, work etc. You get the picture. Each and every day ends no earlier than secondary school. So sad!


Went jogging. Yay seven rounds! I'm so excited. But I killed all that excitement by drowning myself with nuts shit. aaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh. I've got a new computer table and my room's not as cluttered as before yay.


Gna do class cip tomorrow at orchard. Take a trip down to Orchard with $2 and support 106 and I'll <3 you to bits! (Charmaine, Eunice, Jolene, Sasa: hint hint.) AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH I have no bags left, they're all in the wash. Will someone be a nice nice person and let me dump all my barang barang tomorrow? :) I hope amy brings her big hot red bag.

I attempted to go healthy and drink lots of water and stay a kilometre away from biscuits and nuts but that never happened. When I'm off the keyboard, I'd think of my digestive biscuits (i'm an old granny) and omg its all in the mind.

Amy, casper, xueqing, kenneth, guodong, daniel, jiaquan, winnie, joanne, eric, zhe xuan, zul and I turned up for cip today!


Recent fetish with officemen, yeah right, I'll be their #1 FAN! Omg let me emphasize that I was kidding. But that's because most of the donators were officemen LOL. So today, first stop was near People's Park the hawker centre. Zul xueqing and I attempted to formulate some bullet proof speech so we'd be oh so fluent in convincing people to buy tickets But um, no sales. Changed location after 5 minutes and off to Chinatown Point! Zul was our tourguide omg he knows the place so well and I'm so so so ashamed to say that I'm a Chinese. Oops i just did. "Chinese girl getting lost in Chinatown"



My first prey spoke Chinese and I couldn't translate my speech into mandarin like impromptu kind so I excused myself by saying xie xie and ran away. No sales again and xueqing suggested we go to the famous temple there but we all didn't know where it was and zul's tourguide instincts surfaced again. "Chinese girl lost in Chinatown" scene replayed. We didn't end up at the famous temple there but anyhow, we arrived at South Bridge road, near Hong Lim plaza or whatever the name is and woah. Donations flowed in!



My good luck spot was right in front of the bank (DBS I think) and haha KACHING! I was standing under shelter somemore, away from the sun unlike zul and xueqing. I told you Lady Luck was smiling at me! 3 booklets within 3 hours haha. Then helped xueqing sell another and then helped zul. Oh yes yes and there was this god-sent lady who was my first donator, she bought the whole booklet of 5 tickets which is $10. She said "Can I trust you to fill in the rest of my personal particulars?" After she filled in one ticket. I was like YES YES SURE NO PROBLEM! Damn happy. I think I scared her quite a bit, come to think of it.



Halfway through, my pen didnt want to work and so this officeman whipped out his MontBlanc pen I was like, wow. So much for bringing a cheap, free pen. Oh and because of the old pen, that didn't work on a couple of other occasions, I got 2 free tickets! HAHA they just wanted to donate, such kind souls. Oh and the third free ticket came from this mandarin speaking uncle who didn't know how the draw would be conducted/ how to check so he just gave me $2 without writing his name!



Some working Singaporeans were just 22 years old, and she donated and that really reminded me of the reality that I'd have to start working for a living soon. Doh, no more tai tai dreams haha.


Oh and that reminds me of one lady, she told me straight "I'm now jobless and I've to support my mother and my family! All right?" And we were standing one metre apart and I could hear her loud and clear, just imagine her anger when I approached her lol embarrassing but oh well.



See? I remember everyone who bought tickets from me. I guess it's time I myself start supporting all donation drives too. Because these people really made my day.



Then left with zul and xueqing. xueqing went to buy something for her mum so zul & I headed towards national library for some sciencey project. Met Billy. The project's about some water education thingy which till now, I'm still quite clueless about :O Was quite irritated at some points cause __. But anyhow, it'll be fine, I tell myself. Went to LJS cause zul and i were hungry humans. But I ended up eating curry puff at old chang kee again! Oink


SO zul, billy and I talked about er, koh JM our first 3 months physics teacher hahahah. Great topic to discuss on a not rainy afternoon right.


Walked around bugis junction with zul cause we were lonely souls and billy went for tuition?! Hardcore!

I feel like I've just wasted my youth trying to figure out html and codes and whatnots. I totally suck at it. Growl omg today you know, I was being the good girl and read the newspapers and guess what I saw! 15 YEAR OLD SON SAYS: OKAY ITS GOOD TO HAVE MUM AS MY FRIEND ON FACEBOOK AND ALSO T PLAY MAPLE. ZOMG AAAHHH. I swear I'll delete my account immediately if she does that.


Speaking of which, Mum&dad flew off for Vietnam this afternoon. Mum, I'm still stuck here in Singapore and I haven't even been to our nearest neighbour, Malaysia for so many years. hint. hint.


Why am I stuck here at home feeling wasted on this rainy day eew.


Oh yes and yesterday, I was bluetooth-ing all my pictures to my sis' phone and then only to connect to the computer. Painful process. Eh 50 odd pictures no joke okay! I was like send, connect, save picture, repeat for a good 20 minutes. I like mindless jobs +D I sound wasted. Haha


My freaking toenail has decided to detach itself altogether today and it was ^&%#$ painful. Now I can't go running and there's still netball this saturday. Right, good timing. OH and speaking of netball. Ms Lim decided to bring her camera to snap some er amateurs in training pictures last sat. Then at the end, when she asked about what we've learnt today- aka sat, someone said "I learnt how to pose for the camera." HAHA okay then there were group shots like flower formations (cringe) etc but okay, it was fun. Although I didn't dare look at how ___ I looked in the camera.


After training, xue qing & daphne were the superwomen- they went East Coast to cycle OMG. Kitty went for some autograph session which to date, I still haven't figured out who the singer is but she dolled up and wore shoes that killed her feet with more blisters. Poor Soul.

Today, char msged me saying that she'd have to pay for every sms I send to her. Right and that is like don't know how many days after she's left for yunnan and how many messages I've sent. Whoops

Waited at LJS for zul until ONE O'CLOCK (we left school at 11 odd)and xq, vicky and I were almost on the verge of banging our heads against the coffee tables. So much for leaving school early. Casper was the nice guy who popped by to pass us the physics holiday assignments which I'll frame up and leave it aside till one week before school reopens and then start scribbling some workings on it. We stayed at ljs doing nonsensical stuff before being chased out by the manager.



Vicky's appetite was great. She had a meal+a chocolate cream pie. And I think I'm all set to die from diabetes cause these 2 days I've been indulging so much. Yesterday was 1/2 a bar of nutella chocolate + icecream at island cremery and today, a choc cream pie. THAT'S IT JOLENE THAT'S IT.


Reached home and watched the world go by with a little book, plugged in to bsb, thinking of how I've spent my 2007. Many memories. So this is how my first year outside a girls school went like. Bah, I don't know, my feeling's quite mixed.

Anyway, I think we exceeded mr sim's budget while at chompchomp on monday so he's like washing dishes now! Hahaha (: Thanks for the lovely treat <3 We really enjoyed ourselves (: We had many many jugs of sugarcane and plates after plates of satay, stingray, fried carrot cake, chicken wings, sugarcane again. Yum. OHOH AND many many rounds of UNO! hahaha Super exciting night of gossips and fun.


Moving on to The Clique Outing- FUN!

Why the rest were ONE HOUR OR SO LATE. Then liling came like really really close to me while we were all waiting FOR ALL YOU LATECOMERS and she self proclaimed that she was flirting with me. Right. Hahaha but but, we're all straight people. with a little curves (:


Chunmeng, charmaine (+bf. the whole clique finally got to see him haha.) eunice, tanya, jiaxin, michelle, liling, clarissa and I stomped into BREEKS! and occupied like only 3 coffee tables I can't believe it! I thought they'd have something like a long dining table for us.


Char, eu and I ordered chicken chop. Sizzle! The rest had pasta and maybe some other meaty dishes.

Training in the morning. I was SOO out of breath okay, tell me I'm in good shape now. The warmups left me panting like I'm gna die the next minute or so. Don't talk to me about the suicide run O: But hey, to think of the bright side of it, it looks like I'll be able to join the Shape Run in a couple of years' time! Yaaaaaaaay!


ms lim bought us chicken rice and green tea yaaaaaaaaaaay! Cheers for all the oil I've consumed!


CIP with the netball girls. We collected a total of (drumroll please) 366 KG WORTH OF BARANG BARANG (its newspapers and old clothes) I was happily carrying, no I meant hugging my pink rubbish bag, which was huge like you know 60cm by 40cm kind, filled with ancient pieces of cloth, that sort of emit that foul old clothes smell with every step I take because the bag wasn't tied tightly.


What a mouthful.


After our huge overhaul, with our barang barang all over the lift landing, I commmented on my transparent pink rubbish bag


"Eh that uniform is from NTUC one."
Xueqing pointed to the other corner of the bag
"Eh I bet that's your old stockings right." referring to some brownish cloth.


Oh the amazing discoveries we made! I've never treasured rubbish like this before. And its mainly the grandmothers/fathers/housewives that save the newspapers and clothes for us. I felt a little bad, cause we were snatching business from the garang guni man O: Sort of. But what to do, 12 girls attacking 2.5 HDB blocks. Swift.


Then came the horror of knowing that we'll need to carry the bulky items from the blocks to the horrible end & corner of yjc: WHERE THE CONTAINER CLASSROOMS ARE LOCATED. So along the way, books & newspapers kept falling off the 3 push trolleys etc. It was a long journey. Daphne was damn pro in directing the trolley lah!


Half dead by the time I reached home. Slept for 3 hours straight and now I can't sleep damnit!

School today was normal. Got back our physics promo papers and man, did that suck. But gravitation question was a 10/10! and the rest of the sections were like fail fail fail damnit! I'm so gna work hard :(

School today was, yeah, school-like. YAY! We're all going to ChompChomp with Mr Sim! Char said that they serve sugar cane drinks by the jugs man. Oh, but even though its somewhat not restaurant like, their prices are certainly not hawker fare.


Had this unique "Friday Lunch" in our timetable slot today, and we were all like what? Simply just another way of putting across the silly rule that students cant leave before 1.30pm. FUn. Stayed in school to do cards with amy. winnie xq and joanne joined in too. Amy saved the day by turning my horrigible "creativity" into works of art while the others just lazed around. PSPs and all those little gaming machines are taking over the world la. Now its already a common sight at every break to see them play play and erh play. Even on buses/ trains when I'm on the way home @.@


Walked to mrt with the group dominated by rodney people. Its funny that only rodney members in my class wear their house shirts frequently, but not so for other houses!

The bus ride was bearable, filled with non stop yakking, like from her house to ikea tampines and then on the way back! I swear I ate so much today!

4) 3.30pm- 10 Swedish meatballs and 1.5 big potatoes, big chicken wing, tea, cold prawns

6) 8.00pm- Rice & dishes & fruits

OMG WE'VE FINALLY COME TO THE END OF THE FOOD TRAIL.


Ikea tampines was fun shit! But eunice couldn't make it so ah, we're meeting up soon right (:


Anyways, we were apparantly too full to finish up the cheesecake so we brought it along while taking our much needed walk around ikea to digest the food. Char bought some sweet little things for her lovelove. Awwww. Okay and we polished off the dessert on the bus cause she was running late for dinner with her family.

PW today in school. I swear I can never commit myself to the meeting time whenever its a Saturday. LoL 20 minutes odd late.

Mr ganesh totally went straight to the point today when he was commenting on our presentations. His comments, believe it or not, left me feeling quite naked. It really identified those weak spots in me, reality hits hard. Boo.

Anw, after pw yesterday, amy, huifeng, daniel, guodong, xueqing and I started watching those ghostly videos and of stupid games that ask you to stare deeply at the screen only to have those intense bloodshot eyes of a girl screaming at you. I never enjoyed thriller movies, cause I'd never be able to sleep at night! never never never. I can still remember one particular nightmare I had when I was young okay. BRRR.


So anyhow, they were trying to get me to watch and guodong _damn you_ used the brute force way to get me to look up. I'd chop your hands off next time (: WE were all kind of spooked by the girl with white makeup on, blood red eyes and lips, black long flowy hair.


That stare pierces through you like woah.


We looked from the projector screen but Amy was at the computer and within a matter of 5 seconds, she got freaked out by those eyes. Apparently the effect was x100 if you look from the monitor. Haha, daniel had to help us close the window. But he was really nice, asking time and again whether I was okay while watching those cursed videos.


Yes, I slept soundly that night (: Guess it was because we were all laughing together while watching. Totally destroyed the suspense yay! And was pretty tired out that night. Wait, is today Halloween? AAHHH.


Went out running on my own, for once cause sis didn't want to move an inch. Growl. Anw, as usual, I went all _flushed_ after 5 rounds of jogging only. Wah.

I BURNED 1200 KCAL AT THE GYM!!!!!!!!! awesome, awesome, AWESOME!!!!!!!! think this was the FIRST time ever in my ENTIRE LIFE that i burned 1200 calories!!

They played the same josh groban song as when we were in st margs and blah memories! What's more, in the morning! Sullen mood.

Woah, today's chemistry lesson went back to almost full swing, learning carbonyl compounds, even though mr chung claimed that he is going at a relaxed pace. He was like you've learnt this before, oh and that reaction before, oh and that and that too. When I have barely a wee bit of recollection. Just where have I thrown my reactions and conditions list?~

Today's chinese test was a total flop. I fell asleep. I wrote a stupid story and told it to xueqing on the way to khatib. She laughed it off. I didn't understand both passages at all. Is this what's called doomsday? No wait, I haven't heard the worst. Physics & Chemistry & Maths promos; I pray. I hope. And I pray again.

Today was, yawn. The Financial Talk in the morning was interesting but BUT I just had to fall asleep. The host was super funny & cute. While halfway through msged char and she told me all about the vs guy- okay fine, all that she knew about the vs guy who got knocked down while picking up something he dropped on the road. He didn't survived and gah, its quite sad to end this life like that.

Had some 1.5 hours of break today, followed by ANOTHER 2 hours unexpected uh, "break" cause good old pw teacher didn't come. Attempted to do a skeleton of our OP but nah, we just didnt know where to start from. Guodong gave us great inspiration by literally drawing out a skeleton and man, I daren't say he has taken biology before....

Then came horrible PW lecture. OH WAIT, CAMWHORED IN SCHOOL with amy as the spontaneous photographer. Wah this girl ah, power man, 100 shots in a minute! Hahaha.

So the school decided that we will complete OP preparation within a matter of 8days or so. What is the world coming tooooooooooo. Then came chinese (omg, its a pass!) I totally love my class! My index number's the same, and so are my chinese results! But yeah, listening compre and oral will be there, so lovingly, to pull my grades down.

During THe whole 3 hours that the chinese department attempted to explain the paper's answers, the whole auditorium was, omg, so quiet, not. Haha, totally wasted those few hours of my life... okay fine, ive already wasted so much time here and before.

I hate it when I try to solve maths/physics problems and I get d=d or 50-50=0 etc. It's a major disappointment after having been through probably half a page of mathematical working.

Oh did I say? I saw casper's friend in the straits times today, advertising for mindchamps. Wowwhee. Physics paper today was a supershocker. mcq itself was like, omg. I can totally dig my grave now. And I still suck at kinematics. I still can't figure out whether this plane or that jet would land safely within the landing zone or not. I suppose I can never be an engineer haha. See? I'm figuring out my career options already.

Today, the walk to the mrt station under the blazing noon sun wasn't as bad, considering I met casper and frederick and jiaquan and then the whole gang all heading in the same direction. Whoo.

Geography paper to go! I suck at memorising, even after 17 years of attempts at doing so. RAH. I just want to hug my cookie jar and watch the world go by. I love trans fats. Can't get enough of it. I want to write a letter and send it via snail mail. My fingers feel odd against the keyboard after just one week of being away from the computer. I have an insatiable appetite. I wish I could label it as "promos stress bank" but no, I'm no patient suffering from depression. Its one of those I-love-food periods again. I wish it'll go away soon so I'd be normal once again. I'd read the papers trying to figure out whether I have some symptoms of depression but no, I'm perfectly normal. I can't stop myself from indulging in self-pity. Help me.

I can't get my thoughts straight. They're flying all over my mind now. Blame it on the construction & drilling right beneath my block.

CONTINUATION OF YESTERDAY'S POST:

Like I said, char was being a real sweetie by travelling all the way from school only to go back. I love you! Good luck for promos yes!

Oh and physics mock spa yesterday= stress ah. OBVIOUSLY I couldn't finish writing my errors. Now that's because I couldn't think of any error. I was totally like what freaking experiment is this!

Went to tphub with guodong cause he's also taking a bus from there to ij tp for investiture while I'm gna meet char. He was fussing over the too short tie and struggled to adjust it. Damn funny. When he finally got the right length, the little tie thingy behind was like sticking out so obscenely! Haha!

Left soon after 7 cause she had to celebrate her friend's birthday.
I bought some potato puffs & sesame balls back home thinking it'll be the bestest snack ever but when I crunched into the puff, it was

My poor teeth. But oh, it was potato with a strong hint of erh sugar. Can you imagine eating sweet potato puff? omg. Yam pie=yum!

The thought of having a solid 8 hour sleep last night was.. refreshing.

PW at 10am in school and as usual, went to buy pancakes, red bean ones to be specific. Red bean paste=joy! Then the auntie would never fail to ask me if there's school today when I'm already in my uniform. Haha.

The morning downpour left amy walking into the comp lab looking like a sponge (or so she says, which I don't disagree.) She was wearing her full uniform, all gloriously soaked through and her lime green insides started screaming out at me.

I came to school just minutes before it rained. How lucky can I get.

ANYHOW, got started on our written report with only xueqing, daniel and frederick. Fred's shirt has this "Steadfast in Duty" thing that reminded me of my primary school; same motto! hahaha. IJ girl what.

Amy the poor soul was the only one who came for pw out of the 5 group members. It didn't really help that mr g personally haunted bryce zx and weichong by giving them a call cause only zx turned up in the end. Haha, and what, you must call bryce 10 times before he finally picks up the call?! Now that never fails to amaze me.

Lunch with xueqing was never so dramatic. We decided to have cupnoodles from the school's vending machine. Xq got her seafood version and when it was my turn, the freaking cup got stuck at the edge such that I couldn't push open the bar to get it! Damnit! Xq asked me to kick it and that inspired me to do the motivational-kick-the-vending-machine-to-get-your-snack-that's-stuck video. Obviously I didn't but I was sorely tempted to if not for those few people sitting in the canteen.

THEN, I ordered another cup noodle thing thinking that I should give up trying to unlodge that freaking cup. The cup fell through but there was another problem. I couldn't push down the handle at all so I obviously can't get the second cup out as well. HAHAHA! COMPLETELY BLONDE MOMENT. I CAN'T BELIEVE I DID THAT.

Then amy came to save the day. She went to sayang the vending machine and omg the cup fell through when she gave a light push lah. What is this, biased vending machine!

Met up with bestie today! Basically the evening was filled with loads of jokes, gossips, laughter and sadness over this sugar filled ice cream cup. She was so sweet to come all the way down to toapayoh, knowing that she'd have to go back to school again to celebrate her friend's birthday :) You're the best man. I CAN'T BELIEVE I SURVIVED MONDAY.

I went to school with a heavy heart knowing I haven't completed my sky high pile of Geography homework, that I haven't practiced for Maths test, that I indulged in self pity last night and felt so overwhelmed.

I CAN'T BELIEVE IT STILL.

Oh well, I'm right here. Tonight's another night of stress and and I'd turn hysterical and come to school with the puffiest eyes ever and and oh god, history is repeating itself. How cruel.

See, I'm indulging in self pity ONCE AGAIN. The worst thing that can ever happen to a human being. Okay not exactly.

Oh yes! My appetite's expanding so fast that currently, I've been eating an adult male's proportion of lunch- what's more, I've been at it for 2 days straight. I'm going to grow fat and die. Haha, perhaps its time for fasting too. Its a nicer term rather than starving. Well to me at least.

GP lesson today was wonderful! A whole series of slurps (oh god amy) and snorts from our dear classmate having a flu. AAAHH THE IMAGE!!! Not to forget, those milo nugget moments. Amy got me to chew with my fav 2 front teeth, perhaps hoping to catch an unglam chocolate scene. haha. Anyhow, those nuggets were heavenly. Thanks! But this can't beat eating one teaspoon of milo powder. RAHH. I love milo dinosaurs. I haven't got to taste them yet although I can guess how it'll turn out to be. LoL.

It feels nice to know that my geog teacher overly-cares about the class, be it on welfare or results. I don't know how to phrase that but you get the point right. Every lesson that we have on Monday, she'd always comment that we look all dull and stressed (I like it when she says so. Haha, self pity again.) so she'll let us off earlier, give us lighter tasks...

...NO wait, I've just remembered that geography takes up like 50% of my Longest To-Do List on Earth. I should take back my words.

I didn't get t complete my post yesterday. Because I ran off to catch the last of the pasar malam. Some tapioca pancake the green stuff. haha, I've been eating that for so many years but I don't know the name!

Oh and there's this guy who died at the foot of the hdb block adjacent to mine. He died of a heart attack apparently. He was just minutes away from home. That's pretty sad. RIP.

Teacher's Day celebrations today! Yj was the best of all and ended gloriously at 1.30pm. They organised this carboot sale and I swear that english teacher overpriced her goods. $4 for a reused keychain? That's too much, is it not! Then the malay teachers were selling this whole bundle of bananas for a dollar. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw that. There were a couple of really cheapskate teachers selling damn old stuff (probably old recycled teachers day presents included) and the best one of all was VP mr wong! He was pouring out hundreds of CDs onto the canvas mat like some vendor selling illegal fake goods. Oh and he kept refilling the mat with even more CDs my god.

Amy started rwoaring away towards the end of the celebrations. No surprise, especially when one has arranged to meet friends. THen came my turn to do so. The celebrations ended 1/2 an hour late and I was 1/2 hour late as well. Super sucker!

Met charmaine, eunice, jolene for lunch. Saw a couple of st marg's girls as well- primary, secondary and graduates. haha Oh and xuanqi at DBS! Big spenders of tomorrow.

Oh and you know what, I couldn't resist buying this pancake (although its all cold and stuff) because they had this 1 cm thick red bean paste filling in it!!! I was like OMG, MUST BUY! Its my new drug.

Walked round and round plaza sing and finally ended up at daiso to get their tuition teacher's present. Haha they gave him this awfully gay beach bag loaded with trans fat ( they gave him cookies you know) HAHA. I think I walked round daiso for 10 times, no less. Got myself this set of markers hoping it would interest and encourage me to start writing my notes.

Okay hrm. Interclass games 106 WON THE FRISBEE GAME YAAAAAAY! Handball was great too but it all sucked cause of this guy who played rough and dramatised each and every fall he had. I hope I'd get a voodoo doll to curse him. But anyway, good game 106 :D you guys rock so much!

The days have been passing me by so quickly, I'm struggling to keep track of my time. Perhaps all the worries and whatnots have eaten all the time I have in this world.

It's been rainy these few days, grandmama had a fall, seventh month, burning incense, bought a top (polka dotted one, damn cute), threw myself into motivational books (I hope to see a new meaning to life). I feel that I'm just living for the sake of living. This time again.

Oh and spent majority of my national day at ikea tampines. I've decided that my future home shall have full glass windows, packed with ikea PLASTIC furniture! I'm so in love with them! Oh and the crowds there left me speechless. Even though ikea tampines has a bigger eating area, there were no tables unoccupied.

And so I start to think that Singapore is overcrowded.

hello folks.

yesterday, went back to school, but felt that I wasted a whole day.
Physics lesson, pw meeting, trying to save the cat incident.

During physics, amy again attempted to stuff a mint into my sacred mouth. (no kidding) SO after many failed attempts over 2 days, she dropped it into my bottle and eric shook the bottle. Little white particles came out which I swear was from the mint, but good old amy took it as I drank from this bottle after a meal. haha.

pw- sat in the stuffy hall of yj( I don't know how you detention students can stand it for 3 freaking hours) just for a meeting with mr ganesh. Then after that, went off to attempt to do pw for another hour but failed cause we were all baffled where our survey forms could have disappeared to. Damn guodong who left the survey with his friends and claimed he brought it into the MRL. So the whole hour was spent searching the freaking MRL and I'm really sorry I doubted you all :( because I thought it was a prank.


Walked to khatib with xueqing, guodong, casper and halfway through, we heard this meowing sound coming from the drain. We stood there for one WHOLE hour debating whether or not we save the cat omg when it was relatively impossible because the cat kept hiding between the drain holes so we can't see it. Casper I think you should consider working in spca or perhaps volunteer there next time. He made saving the cat so important and wanted to go down the drain which was so deep, once you've jumped in, you can't get out kind. And that whole episode ended after I comforted myself and xq that a cat has NINE lives.


Reached home and ate a whole plate of rice just before dinner. haha.

Mum decided its time to clear some clothes out of my cupboard. Then, I found 2 full ntuc bags of ij uniform still in my cupboard- right, after 5 years, its still here. I tried to wrap the belt around my waist but there was a gap of 15 cm before the two ends could meet!!! I am terribly amazed how small we all were last time. I tried on a few skirts and I couldn't even pull them up. Mum was laughing so hard. Because she always complains my hips are getting bigger so cannot sit down too often. Now its so obvious I've been sitting too much.

I love my cupboard now. It's all nice and clean and orderly.
And I have ONE day to complete my homework and memorise geog notes. Dang.
